Resource Center

Your documents. Your right. Our commitment.

The permanent public home for the documents that govern our community — and the records that show how your Association operates.

Your rights under Maryland law

Transparency is an obligation we embrace

Under the Maryland Homeowners Association Act (Md. Code, Real Property § 11B-112), books and records kept by or on behalf of the Association must be made available for examination and copying by lot owners, subject to limited statutory exceptions (such as certain personnel, legal, and individual-account matters). The Board maintains this Resource Center so the most commonly requested records are available online, at no cost, with no formal request required.
